HELP ME CHOOSE MY BOOK COVER!

Friends!

We’re getting down to the final details, and my publisher has passed along two potential book cover designs that I asked to share with you — WILL YOU HELP US DECIDE WHICH TO USE?

Please remember that the target audience of my book is POTENTIAL MENTORS FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS — so parents, pastors, professors, coaches, directors, and any adult-type that might serve in this role.

Enough front-loading — here are the options:

COVER #1 – Sketch ShapingTheirFuture_cover1

COVER #2 – Picture

I highly value your opinion — and am even willing to pay for it! 😉

If you click here, it will take you to a two-minute survey that will basically ask you to identify which of the two covers you like best — and why.

At the end of the short survey you can leave you email address, and when the polls close — next Wednesday, January 16th at noon — I will randomly draw 10 email addresses from among all that were submitted. Winners will receive a FREE autographed copy from the first printing of this book!

Thanks for taking two minutes to give us your feedback on this short survey!

  1. Without a doubt, the sketch. But, like I said on facebook, I think a message of using a reusable cup in the picture sends a message about the book and mentorship in a greater way than the throw-away cups popular with chain coffee joints.

  2. Looking forward to buying and reading your book Guy 🙂 What a great subject matter too: mentoring. Love that. God bless you, your family, and the work y’all are doing. Grace and Peace.

  3. I filled out the survey, but left out an observation. Along with my other suggestions, I believe the sketched cover needs to follow the Rule of Thirds. The eye is drawn more to this rather than 2 equal parts which the sketch appears to be. Probably more of the sketch with less Title, tag and name.

  4. Guy, I’ll trade you a copy of my new book (Building a Culture of Faith: University-wide Partnerships for Spiritual Formation) for a copy of your new book!
