What are your standards for your leaders?
Do you have any?
Do your leaders know what you expect?
Have you set the bar to high? To low?
As representatives of our ministry — extensions of us and our efforts on campus — are we concerned with who our leaders are, and how they act, when they are not “functioning” as a leader?
If the age-old adage is true, and it takes a lifetime to build a reputation but only a moment to ruin it, than how does this shape our expectations of our leaders? Our investment in them?
